Revised Grant Guidelines for 2012. Read this document to understand the rules and guidelines for submitting an application for a mini-grant.

This is the official Grant Application Form for 2012. This form can be filled out electronically and sent to the Grant Committee by email by clicking the "Submit Form" button after being completed. Additional documents such as attached Narrative and Plant/Supply Lists must be sent separately as attachments to a separate email.

This form can also be downloaded, printed and filled out by hand and then mailed to the Stone County Extension Office along with supporting documents.
