Another Scholarship Awarded

The third time's the charm, at least for a College of the Ozarks Horticulture student.
Master Gardeners of the Ozarks presented another $1,000 Scholarship, this time to College of the Ozarks Junior Joshua Pulliam. This is the third scholarship awarded since the program's inception.
Joshua is from Harrisonville, MO and is majoring in Horticulture and Wildlife Management. The photo shows Scholarship Committee Chairperson Elaine Fischer presenting the check recently. Also pictured are Master Gardeners Alice Troyke, Ann Wigg and Kathryn Kufahl with University of Missouri Extension Agronomy Specialist, Tim Schnakenburg who coordinates the Master Gardeners of the Ozarks.
The Scholarship Committee awards two $1000 scholarhips per year, each time to a College of the Ozarks Junior or Senior majoring in horticulture or related sciences. This is just one of the many charitable endeavors of the Master Gardeners of the Ozarks.
